1. Non-Refundable Deposit required for booking most services. NO EXCEPTIONS. No refunds will be given.
2. Please be mindful when booking appointments that your time is set in a schedule. This schedule is used to breakdown your stylist day. Multiple or last minute changes can create unorganized chaos. It is understood that things may change, and you might have to cancel. If you wish to cancel your appointment, please do so as soon as possible before the 24 hour window of your scheduled time to avoid a 50% of service charge owed to the card provided at booking. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE. If your card cannot be charged the client will have to pay the 50% before rebooking an appointment. No call, no show clients will be charged 100% of service to the card provided. Thanks for understanding.
3. Please select all of the services you would like to receive when booking. Be mindful that appointment times are set for the service you booked. Choosing one option and requesting multiple service at your appointment will not be allowed. If a time isn’t available, there is no availability for your desired time. Feel free to choose another appointment slot.
4. There is an option for Early Bird Fee, Sunday Fee, and a Travel Fee available for your convenience. Shop hours will not be extended for the clients leisure. The times listed are what is available. During special times, shop hours will be extended but this will be reflected on the schedule. This is not to be confused with appointment completion times. The time it takes to complete a service is special to each client. Completion is a must.
5. If you would like to be set up on a recurring appointment please select that option when booking.
6. If you are running behind please feel free to call or text. I will do the same also. If the appointments are running behind for that day a text will be sent to the phone number on file to notify you.
